Zalmay Khalilzad Condemns Deadly Floods in Nuristan

Zalmay Khalilzad, former U.S. special representative for Afghanistan peace, has described the loss of more than 24 lives in the deadly floods in Nuristan province as a “horrific tragedy.” In a statement, he expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of this natural disaster and extended his sympathy to all those affected by the incident.
