34 Million Afghanis Invested in Panjshir’s Productive Sector

Local officials in Panjshir have announced that two businessmen have launched their operations with a combined investment of 34 million Afghanis in the province’s productive sector. This investment has been made in the districts of Anaba and Shotul.
Saifuddin Laton, spokesperson for the Panjshir governor, stated that these two investors are named Khalid Farahmand and Amir Mohammad and have recently invested in the production sector. According to him, the goal of this initiative is to strengthen economic activities throughout the province.
Amin-ul-Haq Mastori, head of Panjshir’s Industry and Trade Department, also said that based on the Taliban administration’s policy to support investors, a land plot has been allocated to each of these individuals, totaling six jeribs.
Previously, the Deputy Economic Minister of the Taliban administration had said in a meeting that various facilities have been provided to encourage investors, and officials are striving to promptly review and resolve their problems. However, some economic activists have consistently emphasized that ensuring sustainable security, transparency in land distribution processes, and safeguarding investors’ rights are essential factors to attract more investments in the country.
