Development Projects Worth 6.9 Million Afghani Completed in Arghandab

The Directorate of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Arghandab province has announced the completion and inauguration of several development projects valued at over 6.9 million Afghanis in the Charchino district.

According to a statement issued by the directorate, these projects include the cleaning of 25.95 kilometers of irrigation channels, the construction of 148 meters of retaining walls, and the building of 27 meters of wash structures, all of which have recently been completed.

Officials have stated that with the implementation of these projects, the problems faced by residents in water management and the protection of agricultural lands have been reduced, and conditions for better utilization of water resources have been established.

Moreover, the execution of these projects created temporary employment opportunities for dozens of local residents. However, experts consistently emphasize that the continuation and transparent supervision of such programs by the Taliban administration is a critical necessity for sustainably addressing the development needs of remote areas.
