Afghanistan Embassy in Tehran to Hand Out Passports on Four Days

The Afghanistan embassy in Tehran has announced that applicants can visit on the 16th, 23rd and 30th of Mizan and the 7th of Aqrab to collect printed passports; the service is limited to passport delivery only.

According to the embassy’s notice, the decision was taken to facilitate and speed up passport distribution, taking into account the usual Thursday closures.

Visitors must book an appointment in advance through the embassy’s passport tracking system before arriving. The embassy said no services will be provided to those who come without an appointment.

No other consular services will be available at the embassy on those days.
