Kabul’s University Entrance Exams Scheduled for July 2026

The National Examination Authority has announced that the university entrance exams (Kankor) for 12th-grade graduates in Kabul province will be held on Thursday and Friday, July 4 and 5, 2026. According to the authority, candidates in Kabul will participate in the third phase of the 2026 general Kankor exam.
Based on a statement released today (Saturday), the biometric data registration for participants in this phase will take place on June 30, July 1, 2, and 3, 2026. Officials have emphasized that candidates must be present during the specified times to complete their biometric information.
Meanwhile, the National Examination Authority also stated that the religious and specialized schools’ exam known as “Chahardah Pasaan” in Kabul province will be administered during the fourth phase of the 2026 Kankor.
Additionally, the statement mentioned that the specialized Chahardah Pasaan exams for Nangarhar, Laghman, Kandahar, Helmand, Farah, and Nimroz provinces will be organized and conducted after the completion of the four phases of the 2026 Kankor. Further details regarding the exact timing of these exams will be announced later.
