10 Tons of Sacrificial Meat Distributed to 2,000 Needy Families in Kabul

The Afghan Red Crescent Society has announced the distribution of 10 tons of sacrificial meat among 2,000 needy families in various areas of Kabul city. According to the organization, these aid packages have reached eligible families in several districts of the capital.

Based on released information, this assistance was provided by the Turkish Red Crescent and the Diyanet Charity Foundation of Turkey, with five kilograms of meat allocated to each family.

Hafiz Azizulrahman, Deputy of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, expressed gratitude for the ongoing cooperation of the Turkish Red Crescent and the Diyanet Foundation during the distribution ceremony. He said such programs not only help support those in need but also strengthen the bonds of friendship and solidarity between Afghanistan and Turkey.

The organization also added that, with the support of the Turkish Red Crescent, an additional three tons of sacrificial meat are scheduled to be distributed to 600 needy families in Kabul today.
