UNICEF and Japan Install Solar-Powered Water System in Nangarhar School

UNICEF Afghanistan has installed a solar-powered water supply system in a school in Kuz Kunar district of Nangarhar province. This initiative provides students with access to clean drinking water within their educational environment.

According to UNICEF, the project was implemented with the support of the Japanese government and its international cooperation agencies, focusing on strengthening the basic infrastructure of schools in underserved areas.
