Taliban Forces Arrest 35 People in Badakhshan and Nimroz Provinces Over Various Crimes

Security officials in Badakhshan and Nimroz provinces have reported that over the past week, 35 individuals have been arrested by forces associated with the Taliban administration on charges related to various crimes. These individuals face accusations including murder, theft, drug trafficking, moral corruption, and illegal excavations.
According to released information, Badakhshan police have detained 22 people linked to different criminal cases. Additionally, one individual was identified and arrested on suspicion of murdering a man recently killed in the Abgunde area of Shahr-e Bozorg district in this province.
In a separate report from Nimroz province, security forces, during a discovery operation in the Qala-e Chehel area, arrested 12 people accused of carrying out illegal excavations. Officials stated that three vehicles and a quantity of excavation equipment were seized from these individuals.
