Afghanistan National Golf Team Qualifiers Begin in Kabul with 30 Athletes

The first round of the Afghanistan national golf team qualifying competitions kicked off on Monday in the Qargha area of Kabul, featuring 30 athletes. At the conclusion of these rounds, the top 10 athletes will advance to the final stage.
The National Olympic Committee of Afghanistan announced that participants in this stage are athletes from Kabul, and those who succeed will earn the right to compete in the final selection stage for the national team.
Simultaneously, similar qualifying competitions are being held in Bamyan and Herat provinces. After these stages conclude, the top athletes from all three provinces will compete against each other in the final competition to secure membership on the national team.
Ultimately, golfers who perform best in the final stage will be named members of Afghanistan’s national golf team. These competitions will continue for two days.
