19 Afghan Children Treated in Germany Return Home Safely

The Afghan Red Crescent Society has announced that 19 Afghan children, after completing their medical treatment in Germany, have returned to the country and were reunited with their families.
According to the organization’s newsletter, these children had either suffered severe burns from fires or were afflicted with bone infections. They were referred to and transferred to the charitable organization ‘Peace Village’ foundation in Germany to receive specialized medical care.
The Afghan Red Crescent Society stated that the process of transferring and treating these children was carried out in cooperation with partner organizations, and after completing their treatment, arrangements were made for their return to the country.
The families of these children expressed happiness over their children’s recovery and extended their gratitude to the Afghan Red Crescent Society and the collaborating organizations for their support and assistance in providing medical treatment and facilitating their return.
