Pashtoonkhwa National Democratic Party leader warns of Pakistan’s discriminatory policies toward KP and Balochistan

Mohsin Dawar, leader of the Pashtoonkhwa National Democratic Party, criticising the policies of Pakistan’s central government, said that Punjab now openly treats Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan as its own colonies and deals with them in a discriminatory manner.
According to Dawar, Punjab is no longer even trying to portray its relations with the two provinces as friendly, and its discriminatory behaviour toward Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan has become more evident.
He warned that the continuation of these injustices and colonial attitudes could have serious consequences for Pakistan.
The remarks come as a number of political leaders from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan have also accused Pakistan’s central government of open discrimination against the two provinces.
