Gaza death toll rises to 73,913, health ministry says

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said the number of people killed in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,913, while the number of wounded has reached 174,935.
According to the ministry, three people were killed in Gaza over the past 24 hours, and 21 wounded people were taken to hospitals in the enclave.
The body also said that since the ceasefire took effect on Oct. 11, 2025, 1,393 people have been killed and another 4,822 have been wounded.
The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza is one of the main sources for publishing casualty figures from the war in the enclave. Gaza is a small, densely populated Palestinian territory that has faced widespread attacks and a severe humanitarian crisis since the start of the war.
