Yemen’s Armed Forces Say Drone Strike Hit Saudi Arabia’s Najran

Yahya Saree, spokesman for Yemen’s armed forces, said the group carried out two military operations using two drones.

According to him, one of the operations targeted an important part of Najran Airport. He also said that in the second operation, Aramco facilities in Najran were struck.

The armed forces spokesman said the attacks were in response to Saudi Arabia’s violation of the airspace of Saada province.

Najran is located in southern Saudi Arabia near the Yemeni border and has repeatedly featured in incidents linked to the two sides’ conflict in recent years.
