Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Destroy Key Facilities at Bahrain’s Sheikh Isa Airbase

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that the radar system for air detection and control, as well as the fuel pumping station for fighter jet tanks at Bahrain’s Sheikh Isa Airbase, have been completely destroyed.
In its 18th statement, the IRGC stated that this operation was carried out as part of the “tenth wave of the Nasr 2 operation,” where naval forces of the Guards launched an attack on the base, eliminating the mentioned facilities. The operation was conducted under the code name “Ya Ali Asghar (AS).”
The Guards said this attack was a response to what they described as “the US military’s aggression against some coastal bases and civilian locations.” The statement also mentioned that certain areas in Iran’s Ilam province were targeted.
The statement concluded by emphasizing that the clashes are ongoing. So far, no independent sources have released detailed reports on damages or possible casualties.
