Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Claims Attack on US Forces at Kuwait’s Ali Al Salem Base

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that the early warning radar of the C-RAM system and the gathering area of US Army forces at Kuwait’s Ali Al Salem Air Base were targeted in a “combined attack.” According to the official statement from the IRGC, the operation was carried out using missile and drone capabilities.

The IRGC’s Public Relations Office, in its 15th bulletin, stated that this action was part of the “eighth wave of Operation Nasr 2,” involving the Navy and Aerospace Force of the IRGC. The statement claimed that the attack was in response to what it described as “last night’s aggressions” on some coastal areas and southern cities of Iran.

The IRGC also alleged that the United States uses Kuwaiti territory to conduct operations against Iran. The statement called on Kuwaiti citizens to oppose the presence of foreign forces in their country.

So far, official authorities in Kuwait and the United States have not issued any public response to these claims, and no independent details are available about possible damages from the incident. The Ali Al Salem base is a well-known military facility in Kuwait that hosts American forces.
