150 Motorcycles Distributed to Border Forces in Western Afghanistan

Officials at the 207th Farouq Army Corps announced the allocation of 150 motorcycles to border forces in the western zone. According to them, these vehicles have been distributed to expand mobile patrols, enable rapid response to security incidents, and enhance the operational capabilities of forces stationed along the border.

Based on the provided information, these motorcycles will be deployed in the border areas of Herat, Farah, and Badghis provinces—regions that share borders with Iran and Turkmenistan and hold significant importance due to cross-border movements and activities.

Officials added that strengthening the logistical equipment and capabilities of border forces is part of ongoing programs aimed at improving border control and surveillance.

This move comes after the Taliban’s Ministry of Interior previously announced the distribution of a large number of new vehicles to security forces across various parts of the country.
