Iraqi Expert Interprets Iran’s Recent Missile Strikes on Israel as Clear Deterrence Message
An Iraqi security and strategic affairs expert has stated that Iran’s recent missile operations against Israel carry a clear message of deterrence and readiness to confront any new tensions in the region.
According to Iraqi media, Haitham Al-Khuzaali said these attacks, which targeted parts of Israeli-controlled areas including northern regions, demonstrate the readiness of the Resistance Axis to respond to security developments.
He added that one of the main messages of this action is the establishment of a new deterrence equation; meaning that any action against the Lebanon resistance or allied groups could face a direct response targeting the depths of Israeli territory.
According to the Iraqi expert, these attacks have been effective in reducing and containing the intensity of the conflicts and sent a clear message regarding Iran’s preparedness to face any possible scenarios. He also emphasized that Tehran considers itself ready for any new confrontation and adjusts its approach based on its interests and security assessments.
