Iran’s Special Forces Reportedly Preparing for Possible Operations Against US Targets Amid Rising Tensions

Following escalating tensions and what has been described as “entering the second phase of war,” reports indicate that Iran’s special forces are preparing for potential operations against American targets. According to the reports, Iran’s 65th Airborne Brigade, known as “Nohed,” along with the special “Saberin” Brigade affiliated with the IRGC Ground Forces, are on standby as part of a combined operation.

The reports claim that planning is focused on carrying out “hard and swift” actions. It is also suggested that some of the proposed scenarios include kidnapping American officials, military personnel, or businessmen, drawing inspiration from incidents in the 1980s.

According to the same reports, the probable areas for such actions could span from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to some Gulf countries, including Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait. However, further details regarding the timing, methods, and certainty of these developments have not been disclosed.
