New Plot Uncovered to Destabilize Eastern Iran Through Ethnic and Sectarian Divisions

Informed sources have reported the emergence of a new plan aimed at undermining security and national unity in eastern Iran. According to these reports, the scenario seeks to create instability by fueling ethnic and sectarian disputes.
A report published by Fars News Agency states that after failures of field and military pressures, efforts have shifted towards changing approaches and employing indirect methods. It is noted that these movements coincide with calls for a ceasefire.
Based on assessments from security sources, some opposition groups and foreign intelligence services have been accused of orchestrating suspicious events and attributing them to domestic institutions, thereby fostering religious and ethnic tensions in these areas. The possible involvement of certain foreign actors has also been mentioned.
The sources emphasized raising public awareness and avoiding the spread of sectarian and ethnic conflicts. They consider public vigilance as one of the ways to prevent the realization of such scenarios.
