Hezbollah and Iraqi Resistance Intensify Attacks on Israeli and U.S. Targets

Amid ongoing military tensions in the region, Lebanon’s Hezbollah and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq have announced that over the past two days, they have launched dozens of missile and drone attacks against Israeli targets and U.S. bases. According to statements released and reports from regional media, these attacks have targeted several military and strategic centers in northern and central Israel.

Hezbollah stated that as part of its latest series of operations, it targeted the Galilot base on the outskirts of Tel Aviv and the Beit Lid base, which is known as a training site for some Israeli army brigades, with precision-guided missiles. It was also reported that the Rafael military industries complex in northern Haifa, the Stella Maris naval base, and the Yaarah military camp were targeted in drone attacks.

Israeli media reported hearing several explosions in central areas of the country. Channel 12 of Israeli television reported that some of these explosions were the result of missiles fired from southern Lebanon striking open areas.

Meanwhile, sirens sounded in several northern towns and the Golan Heights region. Israeli sources said this alert came after drones were detected in the northern airspace of the country.

In a separate statement, Hezbollah said it conducted 33 missile and drone operations against Israeli military targets in a single day. The group emphasized that these actions were carried out in response to what it called “repeated Israeli attacks on Lebanon.”

At the same time, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq released a statement claiming responsibility for seven attacks in the past 24 hours against U.S. bases in Iraq and the region. The group did not provide details on possible casualties or damage resulting from these attacks.
