Hundreds in Samangan Protest Pakistan’s Airstrikes on Afghan Territory

Hundreds of residents of Samangan province held a protest rally strongly condemning Pakistan’s recent airstrikes on parts of Afghan soil. Participants in the gathering described this action as a violation of the country’s national sovereignty and demanded an immediate halt to such attacks.
Protesters at the rally chanted slogans and carried placards, emphasizing that the continuation of aerial assaults endangers the lives of civilians and heightens concerns in border areas. They called on responsible institutions to take a clear stance against these events and defend the country’s territorial integrity.
Samangan province is located in northern Afghanistan and, although it is not on the immediate border frontline with Pakistan, its residents expressed solidarity with people in the affected regions and voiced their worries about the spread of insecurity. Participants warned that the repetition of such attacks could have broader consequences for regional stability.
