Etihad Airways to Resume Direct Abu Dhabi-Kabul Flights from March 28

Officials from Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, announced that direct flights between Abu Dhabi and Kabul will resume starting March 28 of this year. This development was discussed during a meeting between company representatives and the Afghan ambassador to the UAE.
According to the airline officials, resuming these flights could strengthen economic and trade relations between Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates. They expressed hope that reactivating this air route will facilitate travel for businessmen and passengers between the two countries.
Etihad Airways also emphasized that establishing this flight route will play a significant role in expanding Afghanistan’s connectivity with the global air transit network. Resuming international flights in recent years has been a critical need for Afghan citizens and traders.
