Yemeni Missile Strikes Target Saudi Troop Bases in Al-Jawf and Lahij
A spokesperson for Yemen’s armed forces announced missile operations targeting two bases of forces under Saudi officers’ command in eastern Al-Jawf province and an iron factory in Lahij province. Yahya Saree stated that six ballistic missiles were fired at the gathering center of Saudi enemy forces commanded by Fares Al-Shammari in Al-Jawf, resulting in precise hits that caused dozens of casualties. He added that Yemeni armed forces also targeted enemy units under Saudi officer Badr Al-Harbi in Lahij province with a ballistic missile, leading to numerous killed and wounded. The Yemeni military spokesperson further emphasized that enemy military equipment and gear were destroyed in these attacks. These missile strikes come amid ongoing tensions and clashes between Yemeni and Saudi forces, with both sides engaging in reciprocal military operations.
