200 Young Officers Graduate from Panjshir Higher Training Center Under Taliban Ministry of Defense

At the Panjshir Higher Training Center, operated under the Taliban’s Ministry of Defense, 200 young officers graduated after completing three months of military, ideological, and professional training. These courses reportedly included military and intellectual skills according to the organizers.
During the graduation ceremony, these young officers showcased their high morale and military skills in demonstrations for the attendees. Although such training programs are considered part of empowering the Taliban’s military forces, amid widespread security crises and human rights restrictions in the country, these efforts cannot meet the real needs and expectations of Afghan society.
The Panjshir Higher Training Center, located in Panjshir province, is one of the Taliban’s key military training facilities, playing an important role in shaping the group’s forces. However, significant weaknesses in the structure and system of military training continue to raise serious concerns.
