Iran’s Retaliatory Attacks Put Bahrain and Kuwait on High Alert

Regional media have reported that following recent US military strikes on targets in Iran, the Islamic Republic has initiated its military response, with multiple locations in the region experiencing explosions and air raid sirens. Concurrently, Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense announced it is countering missile and drone attacks, with powerful explosions shaking parts of the country.
In Bahrain, warning sirens have also been sounded, and media outlets report loud explosions, including near the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet headquarters. Bahrain’s Interior Ministry stated that the siren was activated for the second time but did not provide detailed reasons for the alerts.
Regional networks have further reported the start of a new wave of missile and drone attacks against US military bases in the region. According to these sources, these attacks have followed Iran’s initial retaliatory measures.
Al-Aqsa Network reported that warning sirens were activated in Jordan as well, with some military bases in the eastern part of the country targeted by missile and drone strikes. However, official Jordanian sources have neither confirmed nor denied these reports so far.
In Qatar, the Ministry of Interior stated that the security threat level is high and urged all residents to remain indoors and in safe locations.
These developments come after the US Central Command (CENTCOM) earlier announced that US forces, under the orders of Donald Trump, the President of the United States, had launched new attacks on targets in Iran.
