Kunar Police Remove Tinted Windows From 90 Vehicles

Kunar police say they have cleaned tinted windows from 90 vehicles during security operations over the past week.

The provincial police command said extra antennas and laser lights were also removed from 50 other vehicles.

Mawlawi Mohammad Salim Mokhlis, the criminal director of Kunar police command, said the measures were carried out to prevent “traffic and security violations,” maintain public order and ensure the safety of residents.

Kunar province is located in eastern Afghanistan, and such vehicle inspection campaigns are usually carried out by security forces on city roads and highways.
