Gas Cylinder Explosion in Khost Kills One, Injures Two

The Taliban security command in Khost has announced that a gas cylinder explosion in the center of the province killed one person and injured two others. The incident occurred early Tuesday morning, June 9, in the Lakeno Bazaar area of Khost city.
According to the command, the explosion happened around 5:00 a.m., causing a fire. The fire resulted in approximately 150,000 Afghanis in property damage.
Officials stated that the body of the deceased and the injured were transported to Khost provincial hospital for treatment. No further details have been provided regarding the medical condition of the injured.
