Pakistan’s Interior Ministry announced that 200 personnel from the Federal Police’s Special Diplomatic Protection Unit will be sent to Saudi Arabia for security training courses. According to Pakistani officials, this program aims to enhance the security capabilities of these forces.

This decision was made during a meeting between Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Saudi Arabia’s Interior Minister Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Saud in the Mina area. The two sides discussed security cooperation and the exchange of experiences between the relevant agencies.

Official Islamabad sources stated that the deployed forces will be trained in areas such as diplomatic protection, armed attack response, crisis management, embassy security, and identification of security threats.
