Hezbollah Suicide Drone Explodes at Israeli Military Position in Southern Lebanon

Hebrew media have reported that a Hezbollah suicide drone exploded inside a building in southern Lebanon that served as a deployment site for Israeli military forces. According to these reports, the commander of the Israeli army’s 401st Brigade, along with several other soldiers, was wounded in the incident.
The Hebrew website Walla stated that the drone was guided using fiber-optic technology and detonated after entering the targeted building. The injured were evacuated to hospitals by helicopter. No further details have been released regarding the extent of their injuries or their medical condition.
Simultaneously, Israeli media reported that warning sirens sounded in the town of Almaqa, near the Lebanese border. According to these sources, the alert was triggered due to concerns over a possible incursion by Hezbollah drones.
Reports also indicate that warning sirens were activated in the settlement of Kiryat Shmona and some surrounding areas. Israeli officials have not yet made any official statements regarding further details of these developments or a potential response.
