22% Progress Reported on Securing Wall Construction at Sajirdara Cargo Terminal in Parwan

Construction work on the enclosing wall of the Sajirdara cargo terminal in Parwan province continues with a budget of 8.878 million Afghanis and has so far reached 22% completion. This project is part of the province’s infrastructure programs in the cargo transport sector. Its aim is to improve the management of commercial goods transfer and create greater facilities in the loading and unloading areas. Parwan province, due to its geographical location along major national highways, is considered a key point for cargo vehicle movement. Establishing and completing such facilities can play a significant role in better regulating transport activities and reducing disorder in cargo areas. However, the current progress indicates that work remains in the early stages, and it is expected that the Taliban administration, through effective supervision, will ensure timely and quality completion of this infrastructure project.
