UAE Bans Citizens from Traveling to Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq Amid Regional Tensions

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates has announced a travel ban for its citizens to Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq until further notice. According to UAE officials, the decision was made in response to ongoing developments in the region.

In an official statement, the ministry urged all Emirati citizens to refrain from traveling to these three countries. Additionally, Emirati nationals currently residing in Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq have been asked to leave these countries as soon as possible and return to the UAE.

To monitor the situation of its citizens abroad, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs has established a dedicated contact number. The purpose of this measure is to maintain direct communication with Emirati citizens living in or visiting Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq.

So far, the UAE has not provided further details regarding the duration of the travel ban or the level of potential threats.
