Lebanon Reports 103 Rescue Workers Killed Amid Israeli Attacks Since March 2

Lebanon’s Minister of Health announced that 103 rescue and medical personnel have been killed since Israeli attacks began on March 2. According to him, these individuals were targeted while carrying out humanitarian duties.

He described the direct targeting of Lebanon’s urban defense forces as a “crime,” emphasizing that such actions represent a clear violation of international law and the Geneva Conventions. The Lebanese health minister called on international organizations not to remain silent in the face of these attacks.

He also stated that the Ministry of Health is cooperating with the national committee on international law to document these incidents and initiate criminal proceedings.

According to the statistics provided by this Lebanese official, the total number of casualties in the country has exceeded 2,500 since March 2.
