Afghanistan’s Deputy Minister of Agriculture Visits Uzbekistan to Enhance Cooperation

Sadr Azam Usmani, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock of the Taliban administration in Afghanistan, has traveled to Uzbekistan leading a delegation. This visit is taking place at the official invitation of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Agriculture. During the meetings, the Afghan delegation is engaging with Uzbek officials to discuss expanding bilateral cooperation in agriculture, livestock, and food processing sectors. The implementation of prior agreements between the two countries is also on the agenda of these talks.
