North Korean Leader’s Sister Denounces US FBI Accusations as Baseless

Kim Yo Jong, a member of North Korea’s Workers’ Party Central Committee and sister of the country’s leader, has responded to recent accusations by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), calling them baseless and aimed at undermining Pyongyang’s credibility.

The FBI recently accused North Korea of stealing more than $6 billion in cryptocurrency from the Binance exchange. The American agency claimed that North Korean hackers converted the stolen assets into Ethereum and are currently laundering the funds.

The FBI also warned that this money laundering activity is expected to continue. Kim Yo Jong emphasized the groundlessness of these claims, describing them as part of the United States’ psychological warfare against North Korea.
