Germany Rejects Migration Requests of 32 Afghan Refugees in Pakistan

Germany’s immigration authorities have rejected the migration applications of 32 Afghan refugees living in Pakistan who had been promised relocation to the country.

The decision comes after Germany’s constitutional court said the government could not reject Afghan asylum claims without reviewing each case individually.

Germany’s interior ministry said that, in line with the court ruling, the 32 cases were examined and all the applications were rejected.

The move has raised concerns about the situation of Afghan refugees who are waiting for asylum in Germany.

Despite earlier promises, the rejections highlight the complexities of Germany’s immigration and asylum process, which affects the lives of Afghan refugees.
