Taloiban Forces in Takhar Seize 403 Kilograms of Opium in Smuggling Bust

The Takhar Police Command under the Taliban administration announced that the province’s counter-narcotics forces have discovered and confiscated 403 kilograms of opium during an operation. According to the command, this amount of opium was cleverly concealed in a cargo-type vehicle. In connection with this case, two individuals from the provinces of Badghis and Farah have been arrested. The Takhar Police Command added that the detainees will be handed over to the relevant authorities for legal proceedings after initial investigations.
