12 Injured in Traffic Incidents Across Baghlan in One Day

Security officials in Baghlan province have reported that 12 individuals were injured over the past 24 hours as a result of several traffic incidents in the Khanjan and Doshi districts, as well as on the Baghlan-Kabul highway. The Baghlan police command stated that police forces transferred the injured to medical centers. No further details have been provided regarding their health conditions. According to officials, the primary cause of these incidents was the drivers’ negligence. The Baghlan-Kabul highway is one of the country’s busiest routes, regularly frequented by both cargo and passenger vehicles. Traffic incidents on Afghanistan’s highways remain a serious challenge, with driver negligence, speeding, and disregard for traffic rules identified as major contributing factors.
