Battery Factory in Kabul Produces 6,000 Units Daily with Fully Afghan Workforce

A battery manufacturing factory in Kabul city has announced that its daily production capacity has reached 6,000 batteries, employing around 200 people. The factory officials state that all current employees are residents of Afghanistan.
According to the factory manager, at the start of operations, 23 Pakistani specialists collaborated with them to set up and advance technical processes. He added that after some time, Afghan workers received training and were able to independently take on specialized responsibilities.
Factory officials emphasize that now all production and technical departments are managed by local personnel. They believe that training the native workforce and replacing foreign specialists is a crucial step toward industrial self-sufficiency and creating job opportunities within the country.
