Taliban Officials Airlifted to Ghor Amid Rising Security Concerns

Local sources in Ghor province report that several Taliban officials were transported to the province early Saturday morning using four helicopters. According to these sources, the relocation comes in response to growing concerns over potential attacks from Pakistan.
At least four sources told Amaj News that the officials arrived in Ghor on high alert. So far, the Taliban administration has not provided details about the transfer or the exact number of personnel relocated.
Earlier reports had also indicated the airlifting of some Taliban officials to Bamyan and Daikundi provinces. These movements are taking place amid increasing worries about security tensions and vulnerabilities across various regions of the country.
Experts believe that sending senior officials to central provinces reflects serious concerns among Taliban authorities regarding the security situation. This development once again raises questions about the administration’s ability to maintain nationwide security.
