Nine Development Projects Completed in Samangan with Over 9 Million Afghanis Invested

Officials from the Directorate of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Samangan province announced the completion and inauguration of nine construction and development projects in the provincial capital, Aybak. According to the officials, more than 9 million Afghanis were spent on implementing these projects.

According to the provided information, the funding for these projects was supplied by Norway, and the technical cooperation was handled by the organization ‘Acted.’ These projects were carried out within the framework of development programs in areas related to Aybak city.

The Directorate of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, operating under Taliban administration, has not provided further details regarding the exact nature of these projects or the number of beneficiaries. However, officials have expressed hope that these initiatives will address some of the basic infrastructural needs of the local residents.

Samangan province is located in northern Afghanistan, with Aybak as its center. These areas have faced multiple developmental challenges in recent years, and the implementation of infrastructural projects there is considered crucial for improving economic conditions and public services.
