Aid Agreement Signed to Support Earthquake Victims in Three Provinces

The Disaster Management Authority has announced the signing of an agreement with a relief organization called “Dakar” to assist families affected by the earthquake in the provinces of Kunar, Nangarhar, and Laghman.
According to released information, this relief organization has committed to providing humanitarian aid worth 450,000 US dollars to families impacted by the earthquake in these provinces. The aid aims to address the urgent needs of the families affected by the earthquake.
At the signing ceremony of this agreement, Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, head of the Disaster Management Authority, emphasized that according to the terms of this accord, the Dakar organization must pay special attention to vulnerable and needy families.
This comes as residents of the earthquake-affected areas have repeatedly called for transparent and fair distribution of aid, stressing that responsible organizations under the Taliban administration must manage the aid process in a way that ensures all genuine beneficiaries have access to assistance.
