Afghanistan National Futsal Team Holds First Training Session in Indonesia

The Afghanistan national futsal team, which has traveled to Indonesia to participate in the AFC Futsal Asian Cup, held its first training session in the country today. According to information released by the Afghanistan Football Federation, the training took place on Sunday, January 25, in one of Indonesia’s training halls. The players focused on technical readiness and team coordination during the session. Afghanistan’s futsal team is placed in Group D of the tournament’s group stage, alongside Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Iran. The AFC Futsal Asian Cup is regarded as one of the continent’s most important futsal competitions, and Afghanistan’s participation provides an opportunity to assess their capabilities and gain experience against prominent Asian teams.
