Two Armed Robbers Arrested in Sheberghan Following Targeted Security Operation

The Jowzjan Police Command announced that two armed robbers were arrested in Sheberghan, the provincial capital, as a result of a targeted security operation.

Qari Abdul Sattar Halimi, spokesperson for the Jowzjan Police Command, stated that the individuals were arrested wounded by security forces in the second security district of Sheberghan following a precise report.

According to him, the robbers had entered a residential home around 3 a.m. under cover of darkness, stolen valuables and property, and wounded the residents of the house.

The Jowzjan Police spokesperson added that two other individuals involved managed to escape, and security forces under the Taliban administration are working to identify and arrest them.
