Zelensky Ties Halt to Russian Energy Strikes to More Patriot Missiles

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said Kyiv will not stop strikes on Russian oil refineries and other energy facilities unless it receives more Patriot missiles.
In an interview with the Financial Times, Zelensky said Ukraine’s attacks would resume after Russia’s continued strikes on the country’s energy infrastructure. He added that the decision would be made despite the energy ceasefire announced by US President Donald Trump.
The Ukrainian president criticised Trump’s position on the war and expressed frustration over not receiving missile warnings and over Washington’s blocking of Kyiv’s access to intelligence. Describing Ukraine’s situation, he said: “We are done.”
