Armed Attack Targets Al-Jolani Forces Vehicle on Hasakah-Qamishli Road

Local sources in Syria’s Hasakah province have reported that unknown armed men targeted a vehicle belonging to al-Jolani’s forces on the road between Hasakah and Qamishli.
According to Syrian media, the incident took place on the Hasakah-Qamishli road. So far, no further details have been released about possible casualties or the identity of the attackers.
At the same time, news sources reported the continuation of Israeli attacks in parts of Syria. A Syrian TV correspondent said the Israeli army is blowing up former military installations near Jandal Castle in the Mount Hermon area, in the western outskirts of Damascus.
According to the same report, Israeli forces have also continued shelling the southeastern areas of al-Rafid town in the southern countryside of Quneitra in southern Syria with artillery.
Hasakah and Qamishli are located in northeastern Syria, and the road between the two cities is considered one of the main routes in the area. Quneitra and Mount Hermon are also sensitive areas in southern and southwestern Syria that have repeatedly been the scene of military tensions in recent years.
