100 Litres of Alcohol Seized in Herat’s Pashtun Zarghun District

Security officials in western Herat province said that 100 litres of alcoholic beverages were discovered and confiscated during an intelligence operation in Ghoran village, in Pashtun Zarghun district.

According to the officials, the seized materials have been handed over to the relevant authorities for legal proceedings.

The officials added that security forces will continue their efforts against narcotics, alcoholic beverages and other prohibited items.

Pashtun Zarghun district is located in the east of Herat province and is considered one of the province’s rural areas.
