449 Police Recruits Graduate from Herat Training Center

The Taliban administration announced that 449 personnel affiliated with the units and detachments of the Western Zone have completed their basic professional training at the Herat Police Training Center.

According to officials, these individuals were trained under the training center associated with the Training and Education Command of the Acting Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Taliban administration. Their graduation ceremony was held with the presence of local officials, including Brigadier General Qari Najibullah Ali, Security Chief of the Herat Police Command, and Haji Colonel Mawlawi Abdul Samad Mubarak, Commander of the Herat Police Training Center.

During the ceremony, speakers emphasized obedience to orders, preserving jihadi and Islamic values, and providing “sincere service” to the people. They urged the freshly graduated forces to apply their learned knowledge to strengthen the country’s security.

The Taliban administration announced the graduation of these personnel while the country’s security structures, following the political changes in recent years, operate entirely under its supervision. The process of training and recruiting forces is likewise conducted according to policies defined by the same administration.
