Afghanistan National Resistance Front Attacks Taliban Post in Herat
The Afghanistan National Resistance Front has announced that following an attack by its forces on a Taliban security post in the Farsi district of Herat province, one member of the group was killed and three others were injured.
The front stated today (Tuesday, 6 Asad) in a press release that the incident occurred around 10:00 PM last night at the post known as “Antenna” in the jurisdiction of the Farsi district.
According to the Resistance Front’s claim, no civilians or their own forces were harmed in this operation.
The Taliban administration has not yet commented on this attack or the alleged casualties.
Yesterday, the National Resistance Front also reported a similar attack on a Taliban position in the Kuran wa Manjan district of Badakhshan province, claiming that one Taliban member was killed and two others injured in that incident.
