Death Toll from Two Powerful Earthquakes in Venezuela Rises to 4,118

Venezuelan officials have reported that the death toll from two recent powerful earthquakes in the country has reached 4,118. These two earthquakes, which occurred on June 24, also left 16,740 people injured.
According to released information, thousands of families were forced to leave their homes following these events. So far, 17,266 individuals have been accommodated in temporary tents.
Reports indicate that as a result of the earthquakes, 856 buildings were damaged and 190 buildings were completely destroyed. The process of assisting the victims and assessing the damages is still ongoing.
