Taliban Authorities Detain 13 Individuals on Criminal Charges Across Four Provinces
The Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Interior under Taliban administration has announced the arrest of 13 individuals in connection with various crimes during several separate operations across four provinces of the country.
According to the released report, a total of six people were arrested on theft charges in Sholgara District and Mazar-i-Sharif city of Balkh Province; four in Sholgara District and two more in areas related to Mazar-i-Sharif city.
Additionally, three individuals were arrested on theft charges in Nahri Saraj District of Helmand Province. In Laghman Province, two were detained for illegal use of weapons.
Meanwhile, in Nimroz Province, two others were arrested on charges of mobile phone theft. The Taliban administration has not yet provided further details regarding the identities of those arrested or their judicial fate.
